Wedding Album Tips

Make the most of your wedding album design by following these helpful ordering tips. These have been put in place to help you make the best choices for your wedding album creation or wedding photo collage album. There's no need to buy wedding photo albums from expensive photographers to get the look of coffee table wedding albums or magazine wedding albums. With Somerset, you can affordably create a wedding photograph album that has a professional feel that represents you as a couple in a unique and personal way.

Tips for ordering Somerset Wedding Photograph Albums

  • Albums must be ordered in even number pages
  • Panoramic print start on page 2
  • Album will open up with the first page on the right.
  • Keep in mind that the prints will be trimmed about 1/8 in to be put into the album.
  • To delete an image: click on the opening and then hit the delete key on your keyboard.
  • Important: Order the correct number of page layouts for the album you are ordering. Panoramic layouts equal 2 pages.

The page will be put into the album in the order they are on the review order page.

Review the order and send it in.

  • Load your digital Images into the program.
    1. In the right hand section "2 Choose Your Images"
    2. Click "Folder" Button
    3. In the Open box select where your images are and click open.
      Note: If you are pulling the images from a CD or DVD, the CD or DVD must stay in the computer until the order is sent. If you have your images on 2 CDs or DVD's and you only have one CD or DVD drive you will need to transfer some of the images to your hard drive.
    4. Slider bar: located beside the "Folder" Button, can be used to enlarge or decrease the size of the thumbnails.
  • Ordering
    1. Select the product you would like to order, by clicking on the tab. The products will come up underneath the tab.

      Tip: You may need to enlarge this area. To do so click on the double gray line until you get a double arrow. Then drag the window down.
    2. Once you click on the Product you would like to order it will come up in window 3 "Crop Your Images"
    3. Click on the image you would like to use from window 2 "Choose Your Images"
    4. Drag and drop your image into the desired spot
    5. Adjust your image in the opening.
    6. "Layout" button will rotate the layout.
    7. "Image" button will allow you to rotate the image.
    8. The slider bar will allow you to crop the image. You can move the image around in the box by clicking and dragging with your mouse.
    9. The down triangle next to the "Image" button will allow you to tilt the image.
    10. In window 4 "Select Options" : you will find the options for that product.
      These are all optional
      • Select background color
      • Select border color
      • Select image color
      • Select any of the other option design elements
    11. Once you have the product they way you would like then click "Add to Order" button in window section 3 "Crop You Images" at the bottom.

      Reviewing your order
      • Click the "Review Order" button at the bottom in the center of the window.
      • Double check your order
      • If ordering an album make sure you have ordered the correct number of pages to go in the album you have ordered.
      • You can move the order of the image on the review order page by clicking on the number before the layout and drag it to your desired location. You album will be assembled as they are on the review order page.
    12. Saving your order.
      • Click complete order
      • Then click Save for sending later via the Internet
      • Click Next
      • Fill in your credit card information
      • Click Next
      • The order will save.
    13. Opening a saved order
      • Click the "Queue" bottom
      • Here you will see your order, Click Remove beside it. This will move it to the lower part of the window.
      • You will see a gray line, click on it and move it up (This is in the lower part of the window. )
      • Here you will find your order. Click on it and click open as new.
    14. Completing your order
      • Review your order
      • Make sure everything is spelled correctly
      • Make sure you have ordered the correct number of album pages to go with the album that you ordered.
      • Click "Complete Order" button
      • In the Order Completion window click "Send now via the Internet"
      • Fill out your credit card information.
      • Click "Next", this will complete the ordering process.
      • The order will begin to send. This might take some time to upload; it is based upon your Internet connection.

*If you have a firewall or virus protection software, they might block the Java program from uploading. You will need to either set them so that Java is an acceptable program or turn them off while you are uploading.
