Are the professional wedding album pages archival?
Yes we print on Kodak Professional Endura E-Surface paper. This paper has 100 years in typical home display, 200 years in dark storage.
What if I do not like my wedding photo memory album?
Your albums has a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your album we will work with you to make it right.
Can you design my wedding album for me?
At this time we can refer you to some of our trusted designers if you need a design service. Contact us through the Live Help at www.somersetalbums.com
Can I order 2 of the same wedding album?
To order an additional professional wedding album, add another album cover to the order. You do not need to add any additional pages. If you want 2 different wedding albums you will need to place two orders.
How long does it take to receive the wedding album book once I send in my order?
It will take up to 5 days to build the album and then we will ship it out ground service unless you choose another shipping method.
Is this a secure site?
Yes, the site and software are secure.
Can I pay by check?
We only accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
How do I know if my images are large enough?
We will evaluate your images, checking file size and improve the color if possible.
What type of file do my images need to be?
The software will only accept jpeg files.
Is the cover leather?
The covers are not leather. The Black, White and Red covers are leather-like material. They have the look and feel of real leather.
The brown cover is brushed suede like material.
The Slate is a metallic blue/gray slick material.
Can I save the order?
Saving your order.
- Click complete order
- Then click Save for sending later via the Internet
- Click Next
- Fill in your credit card information
- Click Next
- The order will save.
Opening a saved order
- Click the "Queue" bottom
- Here you will see your order, Click Remove beside it. This will move it to the lower part of the window.
- You will see a gray line, click on it and move it up (This is in the lower part of the window.)
Here you will find your order. Click on it and click open as new.
What is the minimum number of sides I can order?
The minimum number of sides allowed is 20 sides.
What is the maximum number of sides I can order?
The maximum number of sides allowed is 62 sides.
Can I use as many images as I want?
Yes.
Can I design my own pages in another program?
Yes, you will use page layout 000. This is a layout with only one opening. Your image will need to be a jpeg.
Can I turn my images to black and white or sepia?
Yes under the options you can choose image, here you can choose to change the image to black and white or sepia.
